Make a quilt in a day with Louise!.
You will make a quilt front in the style of a sudoku puzzle which can be solved! Finished size approx 48”.
As the quilt front is made from nine fat quarters it can be easily personalised for any occasion from tropical...autumn...Christmas...football...unicorn...sports...
You will also learn how to add sashings and borders.
Why not join in for a fun day of sewing? If you are new to sewing you can make a Sudoku Quilt front... maybe you want to learn how to add tombstones and sashing to make your quilt stand out. If you have been to one of Louises workshops before and still need to finish your quilt. Why not come along with your UFO and I will help you complete your quilt...layering... quilting... adding sashings and bindings.
Requirements: 9 fat quarters of themed/coordinating fabrics 1.50m of sashings 1m binding Wadding/ backing (advice given on the day) Coordinating thread
Tea and coffee are provided.
Please bring a packed lunch. Alternatively you can pop
out to get lunch from one of the local shops, if required.
